The Grace Old Testament Commentary presents a Dispensational Free Grace understanding of the Tanakh, what Christians call the Old Testament. This book defends the inspiration of Scripture, the security of the believer, the promise of everlasting life, the call to follow the Lord, the blessing and cursing motif, and the prospect of eternal rewards.  

Volume 1 covers the T in Tanakh, that is, the Torah. God’s Law is explained in the first five books of the Bible: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. Understanding the rest of the Old Testament, as well as the New Testament, hinges on a proper understanding of the Torah.
