Registration Process
Step 1: Enter all registration and meal information for each adult and student (age 11 through College) that you are registering, including free registrations. This will let us get an accurate attendance count and present you the appropriate meal options for each individual in your group. After you have answered all of the questions for the first registration, click “Add to Cart”. In the shopping cart, you will see options to add more registrations. Repeat step 1 for all adults and students that you are registering.
Step 2: If you have children ages 5-10 that need to register for VBS, you can add their registration and meals from the VBS registration page. Children who are not attending VBS do not need to register but you will need to purchase additional meals for them. If you need to order meals not listed here or for accompanying children, you can include additional meals in your order.
Step 3: If you are staying at Camp Copass, you should add lodging to your order.
Step 4: When you have added all registrations, additional meals, and lodging, review your order carefully in the cart. If the information for any of your registrations is incorrect, remove that registration from your cart and re-add it from this page. When all of the details for your order are correct, proceed to checkout and provide your billing information. If your registration is free, you will still need to check out, but you will not be asked to provide any payment information.
